Whether you have a multi-million dollar project in the early, mid or late stages, or a corporate finance initiative you wish to action, large or small, we can efficiently arrange for your debt or equity funding requirements from start to finish. We have no minimum or maximum capital amount restrictions and are generally able to serve most industry sectors globally.  

 

> FUNDING SERVICES OFFERED

We're able to assist with funding at any stage in the capital raise process. Our general course plan is to conduct an initial review and report back to you where we think the project stands and what "project components" may be missing in order to move forward. This is followed by developing, or coordinating (if the project is already documented), the varied project parts into a Client Funding Package under the Owen Jones corporate brand. We then take this quality package and present it to capital sources with a view to raising funds. Indicative term sheets and negotiation of terms are then facilitated and the funding process is managed through to close in our role as Funding Arranger on your behalf.

 

> OUR PROCESS

Our typical process is as follows for project financing work:

Phase 1: Professional Services - (a) We review your project; (b) We provide an Owen Jones Statement Letter™ report stating where we think your project stands, what "project components" are still required and a course of action designed to proceed to a level we believe will gain the best possible reception from capital sources; (c) Preparation, or final prep, of your project materials are conducted by you or by us.

Phase 2: Performance Outcomes - We present and promote your project to capital sources supplied by us. Performance fees are due at (a) delivery of a lending offer (lesser fee) and (b) at close from funding proceeds (greater fee).

Unless agreed otherwise, with exception of the review / reporting stage and possible preparation work that may be required for the Client Funding Package (i.e. see Professional Services), we only receive fees based upon performance, in two stages. The first performance fee is contingent upon delivery of an indicative term sheet or similar funding offer for your project and is payable in advance of close (the lesser fee). The second performance fee is due at close from funding proceeds (the greater fee). We provide a 100% Written Guarantee that in the event a performance result does not occur (i.e. see Performance Outcomes) our service for that performance stage is provided at no cost.

 

Important Note on Our Right to Decline: Upon completion of our review and issuance of our Statement Letter, we may deem your project and/or market circumstances at an unsatisfactory risk level that might otherwise warrant us investing our resources to target and present your project to capital sources under our Performance Outcome services. In such an instance, we reserve the right to (i) negotiate a billing agreement so we can provide continuing services or (ii) to decline on providing any further services to your project.
