OVERVIEW
We're able to assist with funding at any stage in
the capital raise process. Our general course plan is to conduct
an initial review and report back to you where we think the project
stands and what "project components" may be missing
in order to move forward. This is followed by developing, or coordinating
(if the project is already documented), the varied project parts
into a Client Funding Package under the Owen Jones corporate brand.
We then take this quality package and present it to capital sources
with a view to raising funds. Indicative term sheets and negotiation
of terms are then facilitated and the funding process is managed
through to close in our role as Funding Arranger on your behalf.

OUR PROCESS
Our typical process is as follows for project financing
work:
 Phase 1: Review & Action Plan - (a) Initially, we provide an all-important funding review report that is delivered in the format of the Owen Jones Statement Letter™ stating (a) where we think the project stands, (b) what "project components" are still required and importantly (c) a definitive course of action (context to current market conditions) designed to proceed to a level we believe will gain the best possible reception from capital sources for your project. We charge a pre-agreed
upon hourly rate, or a fixed project fee, for all Phase 1 deliverables
including initial reviews.
Note: In addition to the above, depending on what has already been done on the project by its owners, additional compilation and preparation fees may be required to develop the Client Funding Package under the Owen Jones corporate brand (i.e. that will then be promoted and marketed worldwide by us).
 Phase 2: Action & Performance Outcomes - We present
and promote your project to capital sources worldwide supplied and sourced by us. Pre-agreed upon fees are determined with Performance
fees only due at (a) delivery of a lending offer (% of amount
offered) and (b) at close from funding proceeds (% of amount closed).
