We don't think too highly of consulative work that
doesn't continuously lead or point to a definitive action outcome.
After all, a fancy report, or any level of professional service
that doesn't lead to moving forward in some deliberate direction
is, excuse the terminology, a waste of time and money.
Of course, it's easy to act without thinking too
much (and validating "nothing"), and it's easy to think
without acting too much (and validating "to death").
One leads to unsustainable risk, the other to paralysis. Both
result in lost opportunities, or far worse. In contrast, our TVA™
